Hon. Justice Kashim Zannah is Chief Judge of the High Court of Justice of Borno State in Nigeria.  He was first appointed to the High Court in 1997 and was elevated to Chief Judge in 2006. He holds the degrees B.L. and LLB. He was called to the Bar in 1984.
