Jamaican national and resident called to the Jamaican Bar on November 25, 2004. I hold a Bachelor of Laws from the University of the West Indies, a Legal Education Certificate from the Norman Manley Law School in Jamaica and a Masters of Law in International Human Rights Law from the University of Essex where I pursued same as a Chevening Scholar.
Past positions held include Clerk of Courts (Prosecuting Counsel), Legal Officer with Tax Administration Jamaica, Senior Assistant Director at the Legal Reform Department. I am currently a Parish Court Judge in Jamaica for the past 5 years.
