Robert J. Currie is a Professor of Law at the Schulich School of Law, Dalhousie University, where he teaches International Criminal Law, Public International Law, Evidence, Criminal Law, Procedure and Advocacy. His research work focuses on transnational and international criminal Law and his publications in the field have been cited by Canadian courts at all levels, including the Supreme Court of Canada. He is co-author and co-editor of International & Transnational Criminal Law, 3d ed (with J. Rikhof, 2020), the Routledge Handbook of Transnational Criminal Law (with N. Boister, 2015) and Kindred’s International Law (with P. Saunders, 2019). He has advised government and private clients on a range of matters involving cross-border crime.
